MIDNIGHT FOLKLORE STUDIO POLICIES Last updated: [29/12/2025] 

1. GENERAL TERMS Midnight Folklore Studio creates limited-edition illustrated works, zines, and related collector items (“Works”). By accessing this website, attending an event, requesting availability, or completing a purchase, you agree to the policies outlined below. These policies are designed to protect both the collector and the integrity of the work. 

2. LIMITED EDITIONS & AVAILABILITY Limited Edition works are produced in fixed quantities. Once an edition is complete, it will not be reprinted or reproduced in the same format. Edition sizes, availability, and formats are determined solely by Midnight Folklore Studio. Availability may change without notice, including during events or private reserve periods.  

 3. RESERVATIONS Reservations may be offered following in-person viewings, conventions, exhibitions, or private releases. Reserving a work does not require immediate payment. A reservation places a temporary hold on the requested work while availability is confirmed. If the work is available, a private payment link will be provided. If the work is no longer available, no action is required. Midnight Folklore Studio reserves the right to decline or limit reservations to maintain fairness and edition integrity. 

 4. PRICING Prices are provided privately and may not be displayed publicly. All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated. Prices are fixed and not negotiable. Discounts, price matching, or “show specials” are not offered.  

 5. PAYMENT Payment is completed only after availability is confirmed. Secure third-party payment providers may be used. Payment must be completed within the timeframe specified in the private payment link. Unpaid reservations may be released without further notice.  

 6. RETURNS & REFUNDS Due to the nature of limited and collector works: All sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not offered for: Change of mind Incorrect size selection  Buyer preference If a work arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs so the issue can be assessed. 

7. SHIPPING Shipping timeframes vary depending on edition type and volume. Estimated shipping windows are provided privately where applicable. Midnight Folklore Studio is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or events beyond reasonable control.  Collectors are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

 8. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (IF APPLICABLE) For digital items such as PDFs or downloadable zines:   All digital sales are final. Files are for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing is not permitted.  

 9. COPYRIGHT & USE All works are protected by copyright. Purchase of a work does not transfer copyright. Works may not be reproduced, resold, modified, or used commercially without written permission. Midnight Folklore Studio retains the right to display images of works for portfolio, archival, and promotional purposes.  

 10. EVENTS & EXHIBITIONS Works shown at events may differ from online availability. Event availability does not guarantee post-event availability. Midnight Folklore Studio reserves the right to limit on-site sales or redirect purchases to private channels.   

11. PRIVACY Personal information collected during reservations or purchases is used only for: Communication Order fulfillment Availability confirmation  Your information is never sold or shared with third parties beyond what is required to process payments or shipping. 

12. POLICY CHANGES Policies may be updated occasionally to reflect changes in operation or legal requirements. The version in effect at the time of reservation or purchase applies.
